Kara Posso, P.G.

Kara is a Professional Geoscientist working as an environmental consultant in Austin, Texas. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 2017 from the University of Texas where she studied environmental science with a focus on karst geology. Since then, Kara has concentrated her career on speleology, studying karst hydrology and biology. She has also worked on several large transportation projects and enjoys partnering with engineers to develop complex mitigation strategies when karst features are encountered during construction.
